What we handle
An agreed environment and a dedicated contact for running your business AI.
Set up your Kivanto instance, users and projects, connect agreed data sources and introduce your team to the workspace.
Monitor services, handle incidents and install security updates during agreed maintenance windows.
Configure backups for the agreed data and test recovery at defined intervals.
Select suitable models, test changes before rollout and support your team within the agreed service scope.
Your deployment model
Choose the starting point for your proposal. We match model performance, data processing and capacity to your tasks.
Kivanto with an external AI provider
We operate your Kivanto instance and set up access to an agreed EU AI service. Model requests are processed by that provider.
Depending on the provider, model compute is shared. A dedicated Kivanto instance does not mean an exclusive GPU.
Service & pricing
Your proposal separates setup, ongoing operations and AI capacity.
Installation, data connections and onboarding within the agreed scope.
Monitoring, updates, backups and a defined support allowance.
Hosting and model usage or a dedicated LLM server.
For your team, your tasks and your preferred deployment model.
Software licensing and optional licence maintenance are listed separately. Support hours, response times, capacity and contract duration are defined in your proposal. Additional integrations and extensions are agreed separately.

Managed is a service for setup and ongoing operations. The appropriate Kivanto software licence is listed separately in the proposal. We take an existing licence into account when planning.
Private LLM provides dedicated model compute for your company. With managed operations using an external AI provider, your Kivanto instance is separate; the model provider may share its compute with other customers.
This depends on the agreed deployment model. We define locations for the application, models, backups and other services, as well as maintenance access, before setup. Providers and data processing arrangements are documented contractually.
No. Model capacity, concurrent requests, any usage budgets and support allowances are defined in your proposal. A dedicated server is limited by its agreed hardware.
The agreed data, configuration and operational documentation can be handed over. Scope, format and migration assistance are defined before the contract starts. Rented hardware remains with its provider.
Bring a typical use case. Together we define the right environment and monthly service scope.
